Since 1999 she has worked in the optical lab where glasses are custom made into a finished product. She takes pride in accurately producing quality eyewear. |

Trudy Baisley C.C.O.A. began her career as an optometric assistant in 1987. She has a wonderful sense of style so she is particularly talented in helping patients choose just the right frames to suit the shapes of their faces; colouring and lifestyles. Trudy ensures our patients are aware of the latest in both frame and lens products to produce the best results possible.

Jennifer Poirier C.C.O.A. started as an optometric assistant in 1992. She is very knowledgeable about the latest in contact lens and solutions products, Jennifer is known to be a great resource for those difficult contact lens fits. She also assists in frame selections, and can advise patients on all the latest trends in eyewear.

Jean Black has been working in optometric practices since 1984. Over the years she has moved from optometric assistant to specializing in accounting. Beverly Hubbard C.C.O.A. has been an optometric assistant since 2001. She is usually found at the front desk ready to help patients as they enter and leave the office. Beverly understands all the intricacies of third party billing procedures and insurance policies. She is the most computer savvy staff member, ensuring the computers are running to all of their capabilities. |

Shelley Connell joined the practice full time in 2010, with several years experience as an optometric assistant.
Shelley is very versatile with knowledge in many areas of the office. Her primary role is to ensure patients are provided with the best frame and lens products. She is also very experienced at the front desk and pretest area.

Pretest Area Manager
Michelle Baisley C.C.O.A. joined the practice in 2007 as an optometric assistant. She manages the pretest area, which is where patients go for preliminary testing before they see the doctors. Michelle controls the flow of patients in the office. She does various automated tests that provide the doctors with valuable data to assist them during their exams. She keeps the doctors schedules running smoothly. |
